The place was stunning and scenic, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptional—attentive and focused on the finer details, which made a big difference. I did notice that the shower area was a bit slippery and slimy, so I reported it to the reception. They responded promptly and sent someone to clean it. While it improved, the area remained slightly slippery when wet, which could pose a hazard, especially for families with children. Each room was thoughtfully equipped with two bicycles, making it easy to explore the resort, and you can even request a buggy if needed. Swim towels were also provided, which was a convenient touch. The pool area was well-maintained, with plenty of seating available for lounging and unwinding. The breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide and satisfying selection. One thing to note is that the resort is located a bit further out, so if you’re planning to head out for meals, it can be a bit tricky. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation at the Residence. We already miss it and hope to return again someday!

I travelled with 16 months old baby to this place. What I like about it, they literally made my stay the best peaceful stay. They arranged everything I asked for. They arranged a crib with a mosquito net, high chair, potty seat, and bath tub for the baby. They made my life very easy throughout my stay. Coming to baby food, they made everything I asked for. The chef cooked as I asked, and they never said no to anything I requested. They said and did everything with a smiley face—the best baby-friendly I would say. This is my stress free travel I every did with baby. They even shared with me the food menu for baby in advance. We booked this place to celebrate our anniversary - they arranged for a complimentary cake and bed deco in the room. I loved the personal touch they put in making it special for us. Got baby pool, kids play area, farm house with bunnies and peacocks. We loved our stay here and yes definitely will go back again. Only part is got soo many mosquitos but it is fine if you protected yourself and baby with mosquito repellent spray or patches

It was complete package, the location, the rooms, the staff, the food.. all were superb. room was spacious and very clean with so much space outside to relax, loved it. They were all so well maintained as baby friendly, they had proper baby cot (on request), bottle sterilizer, baby tub, i was very happy with it, it made all easy for us with baby. the bathrooms was so spacious, the tub was good, my kid loved it. Breakfast was so nicely spread across, the kopi was really nice. The pool and pool bar, neat and nice. The sports activity at the beach were also good. Literally everything was inside and we didn't have to step out. That's what we actually planned for this trip! Need to mention about the staff, every one was so kind, friendly and always smile on their face to greet. Overall we had an amazing stay there

Excellent facilities, with so many varied things to do - we really spent almost our whole vacation in the resort alone and our kids well entertained by the kids room, games room, ATV / archery/ shooting zone. They even had a little farm tour with bunnies to feed daily. Food at the restaurant was pretty good, though very pricey for local standards Not many biting insects (eg sandflies or mosquitoes), which was a big bonus Private buggies only a phone call away to every part of the resort, but individual bikes were also provided per unit to get around Excellent service from the staff, they were always super helpful and responsive to any queries

Perfect for relaxing (not the right place for exploring the island, but that wasn't our plan.) Breakfast was outstanding, so many choices. Don't forget to try the homemade honey from their farming place, it's special. Not to compare with the honey in Europe. PS: They have every day some different programs in case of interest. Especially for your child some nice stuff. Feeding the rabbits were an highlight for our daughter. She really loved it. You will get from the ferry terminal FREE bus ride to your hotel and back to the ferry terminal.
